How do I kick off a video project?



Starting a video project with us is easy and collaborative. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Reach out
Contact us, and we’ll set up a consultation to dive into your goals, audience, and budget.
Step 2: Get a proposal
After the consultation, we’ll send over a detailed proposal for your review.
Step 3: Kickoff meeting
Once you give the green light, we’ll hold a kickoff meeting to finalize the project plan, introduce the team, and set key milestones to keep everything on track.

And just like that, we’re off and running!

How do you handle feedback and revision requests?



We’ve mastered the art of feedback and revisions—keeping things smooth, personal, and collaborative to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Structured feedback process
No last-minute chaos here. We’ve built in multiple feedback rounds at key stages—concept, script, storyboard, rough cut, and final cut—so you know exactly when to chime in and what to look for. No miscommunication, no surprises.
Open, easy communication
You’ll work directly with a dedicated project manager (your video sidekick), who keeps the conversation flowing. Whether it’s a casual thought or a 3 a.m. brainstorm, your ideas won’t get lost in the shuffle.
Let’s get detailed
After each deliverable, we hold review meetings to dive deep into your feedback. Written feedback is golden too—the more detail, the fewer mix-ups later. Plus, it’s always nice to have a paper trail for those "did we agree on that?" moments.

Can you shoot on location?



In many cases, yes! While Prose is headquartered in NYC, one of our key strengths is our global network of vetted video pros. Chances are, we can have someone local to you shoot on-site.

Just reach out, and we’ll check if we’ve got a pro in your area and chat about your needs.

Some clients also prefer to handle production in-house and let us take care of the editing, post-production, or even the marketing campaigns around the video. However we can help, we’re ready to work with you!

Can you add subtitles?



Definitely; we offer a full range of subtitling services to make sure your video reaches everyone. Here’s what we can do:

Accurate audio transcription, even in multiple languages.

Will the copyright for the videos belong to us?



Yes, the copyright for all videos we create is 100% yours. Here’s how it works:

Ownership transfer
Once the project is complete and the final payment is made, full rights to the video are transferred to you.
Final files
You’ll get all relevant files, so you can make future edits or updates as needed. The video is exclusively yours.
No extra fees
There are no hidden costs, fees, or royalties—once it's yours, it’s yours to use however you like.

Rest easy knowing you’ll have complete control and ownership over your video.

Can you collaborate with our existing agency or freelancers?



For sure—we’re all about collaboration, not competition. We frequently team up with our clients’ agencies of record and freelancers to deliver the best results.
