Some tasks are too vital to outsource. Unlike other platforms, we don’t rely on AI, algorithms, junior staff, or traditional recruiters for vetting. Our senior leadership, including our CEO, personally handles this process, leveraging their deep expertise in marketing to ensure we only admit top-tier talent.
Where do your pros come from?
Our pros come from various sources. Some apply directly, others are proactively scouted, and many are referred by trusted sources. They all share one thing in common: a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for top brands, publications, and agencies.

- Educational background and professional experience: Judged through résumés and LinkedIn profiles to validate formal education, certifications, and hands-on experience, including in-house roles.
- Professionalism and polish: We assess this through profiles, communications, and direct interactions to ensure candidates are polished, reliable, and professional.
- Personal qualities: Character matters. We value ambition, work ethic, reliability, and professionalism. We look for pros who deliver exceptional work and act as valuable collaborators.
- References: Many pros come recommended by clients or top talent already in our network, adding an extra layer of trust in their abilities.
2. Interviews and direct interactions
In many cases, we conduct phone interviews to assess key qualities such as communication skills, professionalism, and reliability. Once they’re in the network, we continue building relationships with our pros to better understand their strengths, specializations, and working styles.
3. Ongoing performance monitoring
Vetting doesn't stop once a pro joins our network. We continuously evaluate every pro to ensure they consistently deliver the high standards we promise. This ongoing process includes:
