After a writer has been accepted into our network, she or he is assessed by our editors and assigned to an appropriate tier. Assessment criteria include quality and depth of writing samples, professional background, and previous client list. As writers continue to work with us, we regularly re-evaluate their designated tier based on our own appraisal of their work as well as client feedback.
