Do you offer a no-risk trial period?



As the saying goes, we like to take a “walk before you run” approach. We understand that finding the right marketing pro is a big decision, so we offer a no-risk, paid trial period to ensure it’s the perfect fit:

Try before you commit: You’ll typically work with your hand-picked marketer for 1 to 2 weeks to evaluate the fit before transitioning to a longer-term contract. In some cases, the trial can be structured as a pre-arranged block of hours (e.g., 10 or 20), spread over several days or weeks.
Evaluate the fit: During this period, you can assess their skills, work style, and how well they integrate with your team. It’s your chance to ensure the chemistry is right.
No obligation: If it’s not the right match, there’s no obligation to continue. You can walk away without penalties—just a smooth process and no hard feelings.
Peace of mind: This trial period gives you confidence in your decision, ensuring you get the best possible support for your business.

What if I'm not satisfied with my marketing pro?



If you're not satisfied, just let us know. We’ll first address any concerns through open communication, and if that doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll quickly match you with a new marketer. We’ll ensure a smooth hand-off to minimize any disruption, and we’re committed to finding the perfect fit for your business.

How do you handle invoices and payments?



Clients are invoiced once or twice per month, depending on preferences. We accept all major credit cards along with ACH transfers, bank wires, and PayPal.

How do you safeguard my IP and confidentiality? Do you sign NDAs?



Your intellectual property and confidentiality are top priorities. For over a decade, leading companies have trusted us with sensitive strategies, information, and campaigns. We enforce strict confidentiality and data protection protocols, using secure communication channels and tools to safeguard your information.

Any work created is fully owned by you and will never be reused or shared. Our contracts include confidentiality clauses, and all of our freelance contractors are bound by their own confidentiality agreements. For added peace of mind, we’re happy to sign your NDAs and even have your designated contractor do the same.

Will I be billed for hours when my marketing pro is unavailable?



No, you won’t be billed for hours when your marketing pro is unavailable. You’re only billed for the actual hours your pro works on your projects. If your pro needs to be unavailable due to personal reasons or other commitments, they’ll provide advance notice and work with you to plan around their absence. To fulfill the arrangement, your pro is required to make up any missed hours to meet their agreed-upon weekly quota of hours.

Are there any long-term contracts required?



Nope! We offer complete flexibility. After the trial period, contracts are month-to-month by default, so you’re not locked into long-term commitments. You can scale up or down as needed, and if you need to pause or end the engagement, just give us notice. Our agreements are clear and straightforward, with no hidden clauses.

Can I transition my fractional marketing pro into a full-time in-house role?



Yes! If your fractional marketing pro is a great fit and they’re open to joining your team full-time, we’re happy to facilitate the process. We’ll work with you to discuss mutually agreed-upon terms for a smooth transition.

In other cases, clients enlist us to fill a full-time role from the start, and we act as a recruiter for an industry-standard placement fee.


