Rates: PR campaigns can range anywhere from $3k to $25k a month, depending on your needs. For engagements where it makes sense to charge hourly, rates typically run between $100 and $350 per hour, depending on the pro’s experience and the specific needs of the project. After we discuss your goals, we’ll provide a custom proposal that aligns with your objectives and budget.
Payment models:
- Monthly retainer: Perfect for ongoing PR needs like media relations, thought leadership, or reputation management. It offers discounted rates and consistency over time (typically with a 3- to 6-month minimum commitment).
- Open purchase order (PO): Great for flexible, on-demand PR support over a set period—also associated with a volume discount.
- Ad hoc: Ideal for one-off PR initiatives like a product launch or crisis management. We’ll provide a clear estimate of costs and deliverables upfront.
