Receive a proposal
After the consultation, we’ll send over a quote or proposal that outlines the project scope, timeline, and pricing—everything you need to make an informed decision.‍
Green light, and we’re off!
Once you give us the green light, our design pros will dive right in!

What’s the briefing process, and how much input do you need from me?



Your input is crucial, but we’re flexible in how you share it. Whether you prefer a video call, bullet points in an email, or filling out a formal brief (yours or ours), we adapt to your needs.

And rest assured, we don’t just take orders—whether you give us detailed direction or leave the creative reins to us, we’ll use our best judgment and proactively pitch ideas and approaches.

We can also work backward from your deadline. If you’ve got a specific date in mind, we’ll collaborate closely to make sure everything stays on track. Once we understand the full scope, we’ll give you a clear breakdown of each phase—from initial concept to final delivery—so you know exactly what to expect.

Are revisions included?



Of course! Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we know revisions are part of getting it just right. We typically offer up to several rounds of revisions while ensuring each adjustment remains meaningful.
