We offer two flexible communication options to fit your agency’s preferences:

Behind the scenes: If you prefer, we’ll communicate only with your agency’s point person or internal team. In this option, we will never interact directly with your clients—we provide all deliverables and updates to you, so you can present everything seamlessly to them.
Client-facing: Alternatively, we can communicate directly with your clients. You can introduce us as a strategic partner, or we can work under your branding by using a company email, allowing us to appear as part of your internal team.

Whichever option you choose, we ensure smooth communication by:

Dedicated account manager: A single point of contact at Prose, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
Regular updates: Frequent progress reports via email or the communication platform your agency or clients prefer.
Project management tools: We use tools like Slack, Trello, or Asana—whatever you or your clients prefer—to keep everything organized.
Responsive support: Our pros are always available to answer questions or resolve issues quickly, so you and your clients stay in the loop.

Will my clients know the work is outsourced?



That’s entirely up to you. Some agencies prefer to keep the outsourcing completely confidential, while others openly acknowledge us as their marketing partners. We’re flexible and can handle either approach while maintaining complete discretion.

Here’s how we ensure confidentiality when needed:

Branding – All deliverables are customized with your agency’s name, logo, and style, so it appears as though everything was done in-house.
Confidentiality agreements – We sign strict confidentiality agreements and NDAs to guarantee full discretion. We never publicize our partnership or include your clients’ brands or work in any portfolio or client list.
Flexible communication – We communicate solely with you unless otherwise arranged. Some agencies set us up with email or Slack accounts to maintain seamless, brand-consistent communication under their name.

Dedicated pros: Each project gets one or more consistent pros, dedicated to delivering high-quality work within the agreed timeframe.

How do you ensure confidentiality?



Confidentiality and trust have been at the heart of our agency partnerships since 2012. We take every precaution to protect your agency’s identity and your clients' work. Here’s how we guarantee confidentiality:

Confidentiality protocols – We follow strict protocols to safeguard your agency’s identity, ensuring all client work is handled securely and discreetly.
Contracts and NDAs – We sign binding contracts and NDAs with our partners, securing privacy for all projects. If preferred, we can also have individual pros working on your clients’ projects sign NDAs.
No public disclosure – We do not publicize our partnership or include your clients’ work in any of our marketing materials, case studies, or public portfolios. All work remains under your brand.
Data security – We employ secure infrastructure, encryption, and strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access to your sensitive information.
